Summer Camps

Meadowood Springs Speech and Hearing Camp is specifically designed to serve children with communication disorders and their families. The camp experience provides intensive therapy combined with such activities as swimming, canoeing, fishing, handicrafts, hiking, nature lore, field games, table games, puppet shows, skits, movies, bingo, dances, campfires, and songfests. Families enhance their skills raising their children in our Family Intensive Workshops while enjoying time in our camp environment.
Rent Our Camp

Meadowood Springs is located in the beautiful Blue Mountains of Eastern Oregon. Our facilities are available from September through May for conferences, events, retreats or just relaxation. The Camp features individual cabins or several sizes of buildings to accommodate most groups. Set within a 143-acre woodland, recreational activities include nature walks, hiking, fishing, and swimming in warmer months. Snowmobiling, sledding, dog sledding, downhill and cross-country skiing are activities that can be enjoyed during the winter months.
Support Meadowood

Providing the wonderful camp experiences and intensive therapy for kids that need it costs far more than many of our families can afford. About one third of the Camp’s annual budget is supported by individuals, organizations such as the Oregon Elks, businesses and foundations. You can provide direct support to the Camp through your donations or you can sponsor a child who needs our services. Your gift will help launch that child on a happy and successful life.
